Farm-killed meat warning
PA Wellington There can be no guarantee that farm-killed and uninspected meat is fit for human consumption, according to the president of the Meat Retailers’ Federation. Mr B. Owens.
It was astonishing that a health inspector for the Featherston Borough Council should say there was “no danger at all" in selling such meat to the public, Mr Owens said.
