Town Planning RICCARTON BOROUGH COUNCIL SUMMARY OF REQUESTS RECEIVED FOR ALTERATIONS TO THEIR DISTRICT SCHEME AND INVITATION FOR NOTICES OF SUPPORT OR OPPOSITION THERETO THE RICCARTON BOROUGH COUNCIL has proposed two variations Nos 1 and 2 to its District Scheme Review No. 2. Variation No. 1 is to amend the provisions for and definition of places of assembly and places of entertainment in the District Scheme. Variation No. 2 amends the Commercial A zone policies and ordinances. Any person or body affected or representing some relevant aspect of the public interest may give written notice to the Council of their support or opposition to any such submission or objection before 4 p.m. on November 29,1982. The notice must be in writing in Form D as set out in the First Schedule to the Town Planning Regulations 1978, or like effect. Forms for this purpose and copies of all submissions and objections summarised are available at the Council offices. Every person or. body giving such notice shall within 14 days after giving notice to the Council serve a copy of the notice on any objector affected.
