Child Help
Got a problem? Dial 66-944 for help. Child Help Line began twc weeks ago to help children with problems, both serious and not so serious. Counsellors have been trained tc listen to callers and to help. After eight days the people at Child Help Line had hac 19 calls, most of them from adults. While they are happj to answer those calls the lint was set up for children.
The counsellors at Chile Help Line are now manning the telephones 24 hours a day. They would like to hear from any children wanting help. They point out they are not there to encourage children to tell tales on their friends or their families, but simply to help. Remember the help line was set up especially for children — for you. The number is 66-944.
