A Kentucky housewife, aged 50, who is trying to raise almost SUSIO9 billion in donations to balance the American Budget admits that she doesn't expect to succeed overnight. Gayle El-. kin says that it will be at least April next year before the organisation she has founded ..for the purpose, Focus 83, will be able to raise the. money.
