Boat master faces charge
PA Auckland The master of the Taiwanese fishing trawler, the 51 Feng Yuan, will be charged in the District Court at Auckland today with fishing inside restricted waters, it has been confirmed by the Auckland Regional Fisheries Officer. Mr Neil Macdonald.
Information was sworn in the court on Friday, and Captain Hsing-Chu Shu was served with a summons soon after.
