‘Roadshow’ in Christchurch
Parliamentary reporter The Labour Party's "Economic Roadshow" will have its first full public presentation in Christchurch this evening. It will be held at the Sandridge Hotel in Colombo Street from 8 p.m. The Leader of the Opposition, Mr Rowling, will lead the five-member team presenting the roadshow. It will be his first public engagement since his return to New Zealand last evening. Mr Rowling will be accompanied by Messrs D. F. Caygill, C. J. Moyle. R. O. Douglas, and P. Neilson.
The roadshow' will focus on Labour policies for investment and overseas marketing.
