Rape alleged
PA Wellington Two youths will appear in Wellington courts today after a woman was raped and sexually abused early on Saturday while her husband, who'had been badly beaten, was forced to lie and watch. The police said that a youth, aged 19. would appear in the District Court and a
youth, aged 16. in the Children and Young Persons Court charged with rape. Further charges might be laid. Detective Sergeant Tony O'Neill said the couple, in their 30s, were walking to visit friends late on Friday evening when they were attacked and held for 2* a hours.
