PA , Auckland Stephen Young, of Dunedin, won this ■ year’s" A.P.R.A. Silver Scroll for his song. “I Can't Sing ’ Very Well.” ' The general manager of the Australasian Performing Rights Association, Mr Bernard Darby, made the announcement at a presentation function in Auckland. Mr Young received a $lOOO prize and silver scroll trophy.-
