70km/h at Duvauchelle
A new 70km/h restriction has been imposed at Duvauchelle on Akaroa Harbour. The National Roads Board was asked to impose the restriction to replace the S resent Limited Speed Zone tere as part of a campaign by the Ministry of Transport to remove the L.S.Z. classification where possible.
The board was told the move had the approval of the Akaroa County Council.
