Police view nude revue
PA Timaru Timaru police were in the audience when the nude musical revue. "Why Not Bangkok." had its New Zealand premiere at the Theatre Royal in Timaru on Saturday evening. They asked for seats, for Saturday's and last evening's performances of the revue to check for breaches of decency standards. After seeing Saturday's show, the police said that all the material could remain. Billed as an RlB adult musical revue. "Why Not Bangkok" contains scenes with full frontal nudity.
