Pilot decision
Authorities have decided not to prosecute a Japan Air Lines pilot who plunged his DCS into Tokyo Bay on February 9 because doctors had concluded the pilot was "not of sound mind" at >the time. Psychiatrists said that Seiji Katagiri. aged 36. was suffering from schizophrenia when he reversed thrust on two of the plane's engines, causing the plane to crash into the shallow waters of the bay killing 24 people.-Tokyo.
