Dunedin merger
PA Dunedin BWH Group and Moller Holdings have agreed to merge their Dunedin motor interests — Holland and Bell and Moller Motors. The directors of both companies said the merger would give better working opportunities for the management and staff because of the combined franchises and increased use of existing facilities. Holland and Bell has the Dunedin franchise for Mercedes Benz, Mazda, and Fiat cars and Suzuki motorcycles. Moller Motors is the Dunedin agent for Daihatsu, Citroen, Volvo, and Alfa Romeo cars, and Yamaha motor-cycles. •
