Sir—Would members of the public travelling to the Heathcote rubbish tip please try to scatter their garden and household garbage more evenly along Centaurus Road instead of just on the section below , Murray Aynsley Hill. It looks so attractive decorated with broken bricks, cardboard cartons and unmentionables. .They
