We are now seeking applications from systems programmers with good all round experience on DEC and/or PDP-11 software to work in our Christchurch or Auckland Data Centres. A minimum of two years’ experience of programming in Macro-10, and Fortran is essential, together with a good knowledge of TOPS-10 and other standard DEC-10 software. Desirable qualities for appointment include the ability to interview and communicate clearly on business and accounting topics. In place of this, however, a background showing sound interviewing or investigative type experience would be an advantage. A variety of work is offered and some travel away from Wellington of up to 8 weeks in a year is involved. A current driving licence is essential.
