Gough expands
Gough. Gough and Hamer, Ltd. the Christchurch-based importer and maker of earthmoving equipment, has bought Tractor Services (Nelson). Ltd. of Richmond, the company announced yesterday.
From today the Richmond premises of Tractor Services (Nelson) will be a product support depot of Gough, Gough and Hamer for Caterpillar and Hyster machinery.
The full-time staff of Tractor Services had been invited to join Gough. Gough and Hamer, the company said. The price for the acquisition was not disclosed.
