Ski race postponed
The Air New Zealand Alpine Trophy ski-ing races which were to have been held at Mount Hutt this week-end have been postponed until September 6 and 7 because of ice and lack of snow. The decision was made before the southerly which
brought another snowfall of scm at the field. Members of the New Zealand ski team, training under David Irwin, the national coach, at Porter Heights, will thus have no competitive racing until the Europa F.I.S. series at Mount Hutt.from August 2 to 15.
