Plane crash
A co-pilot was killed when a Philippine Air Lines plane, on a domestic flight with 25 passengers on board, crashed after take-off in the southern province of Jolo. a PAL spokesman said. The passengers were shaken but no injuries were reported. Four crew members were also on board. The propeller-driven plane was on a flight from Jolo to nearby Zamboanga province, when it crash landed at the end of the runway. — Manila.
