Bible had been provided. There was consternation until a resourceful official dashed to a nearby courtroom and returned with the missing article. The formality of the ceremony contrasted with the Governor-General’s ' programme on Friday, which included a tour of Rarotonga. Hundreds of singings chanting school children lined the roads.
