NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Local Government Act 1974. and all amendments thereto and all other Acts (if any) enabling it in that behalf The Malvern County Council at a meeting held on the 11th day 1 of June. 1982. resolved by way of Special order as follows:— 1. The Councillors shall be elected as provided in the . Special Order passed on the '2Bth dav of June. 1971 namely that two Councillors will be elected from each ward in the County with the exception of the Darfield ward where only one Councillor will be elected. 2. The boundaries of each ward shall remain the same as provided in the Special Order passed on the 28th day of June. 1971 and amended as provided in the Special Order passed on the Bth day of June 1979. A full copy of the proposed Special Order, is deposited at the office of the Malvern County Council. Darfield and is open to the inspection of the public during office, hours until July 9. 1982.
