M.E.D. loads
- Sir,—l also agree with J. Robertson and J. Smart when I say that the M.E.D. is not giving its consumers a fair go with the “ripple control" tickling. Like J. Smart we turned • from coal to all electric last year much to our sorrow. It appears we are in for more sorrow this year. On June 8 and June 9 last week, our water went from piping hot after lunch to luke-warm by evening, a state that could only have been achieved by very long power cuts during the afternoon, not considered a peak load period. A visit every day, from all - the advisory officers in the country, would not alter these facts—Yours, etc., J. FLOWERS. June 14. 1982.
