Bid to block TV show
PA Auckland A last-ditch effort to stop direct transmission of the
Northern Television “Good. Morning" show will be made by the Public Service Association today.
Broadcasting Corporation staff in Auckland and- Wellington will meet today to consider a resolution banning tra emission of the daily magazine show, scheduled to begin screening at 11 a.m. on Monday. The chairman of NTVy-Mr Michael Horton, said he was confident the “Good Morning" show would be on the air on Monday.' “When NTV has the link the P.S.A. proposal seems an unnecessary cost." he said.
