Resignation
. .Mr J. P. Cooper has resigned as a. director of British Office Supplies (N.Z.), Ltd. because of the possible conflict of interest with his position of general manager of Adler Business Machines (N.Z.).' Ltd. it was announced yesterday. Mr Cooper joined British Office Supplies as an employee in 1952 and was appointed a director in 1964. He was joint managing director at the time of his resignation from the company .in 1979.
