Pickpockets arrested
NZPA Madrid Twenty-eight pickpockets have been arrested so far in connection with the World - Cup competition, the Spanish . news agency E.F.E. reported.
ft said that among the 28. four were Egyptians, three Algerians, five Chileans, and two French citizens. Foreign pickpockets are to be expelled from the country, it added.
