(b) The provision of a local telephone service, a coastal radiotelephone service and an international telephone and telegraph service. (c) The maintenance of high frequency radio equipment, a magneto telephone exchange, a broadcast studio and transmitter, radio equipment associated with Hanan International Airport, and an assortment of electronic office machines. QUALIFICATIONS: First class Radiotelegraph Operators Certificate or Radio Technicians Certificate N.Z.C.E. (Telecomm) would.be an advantage.
