Air Force parade
The Queen’s Birthday will be marked by a parade of local R.N.Z.A.F. units at .Wigram tomorrow. The parade; which will begin at 2 p.m., will be under the command of Wing Commander K. A. Jones and reviewed by the base commander, Group Captain C. W. Rudd. The Wigram base band will also parade. Group Captain Rudd will present long service and good conduct medals to four senior non-commissioned officers. The medals are awarded to airmen with 18 years exemplary service. The recipients will be Flight Sergeant D. Sutherland, of Rangiora; Flight Sergeant B. J. Curtis,' of Stratford; Sergeant F. W. Davidson, of Scotland; and Sergeant G Moller. of Christchurch.
