AKAROA COUNTY: (i) A General Rate pursuant to Section 136 of the Local Government Amendment Act (No. 3) 1977 on the Capital Value of all rateable property appearing in the Valuation Roll for the Ridings of Duvauchelle, Le Bons Bay, Okains Bay. Pigeon Bay, Takamatua and Wainui Qf decimal point seven two nought seven cents in the dollar (0.7207 c in the $). (ii) Pursuant to a Special Order of the North Canterbury Catchment Board an Administration Rate on the Capital Value of all rateable property appearing in the Valuation Roll for the Ridings of Duvauchelle, Le Bons Bay, Okains Bay, Pigeon Bay, Takamatua and Wainui of decimal point nought two two eight cents in the dollar (0.0228 c in the S). (iii) A Separate Rate pursuant to Section 143 of the Local Government Amendment Act (No. 3) 1977 (Pigeon Bay Hall) on the Capital Value of all rateable property appearing in the Valuation Roll for the Riding of Pigeon Bay of decimal point nought nought two eight cents in the dollar (,0028c in the $). AKAROA TOWNSHIP (iv) A Consolidated Rate pursuant to Section 175 of the Local Government Amendment Act (No. 3) 1977 on the Land Value of all rateable property appearing in the Valuation Roll for the Akaroa Riding of two decimal point five eight four seven cents in the dollar (2.5847 c in the $), made up as follows: (i) A General Rate pursuant to Section 139 of the Local Government Amendment Act (No. 3) 1977, of two decimal point one eight six three cents in the' dollar (2.1863 c in the $). (il) A Separate. Sewerage Rate pursuant to Section 143 C of the Local Government Amendment Act (No. 3) 1977, the Akaroa County Council Empowering Act 1962 and the Sanitation Bylaw 1965 of decimal point three three six nought cents in the dollar (,3360c in the S). : : (v) Pursuant to a Special Order of the North Canterbury Catchment Board an Administration Rate on the Land Value of all rateable property appearing in the Valuation Roll for the Akaroa Riding of decimal point nought six two four cents in the dollar (,0624c in the $). (vi) A Sanitation Levy pursuant to Section 162 of the Local Government Amendment Act (No: 3) 1977, the Akaroa County Council Empowering Act 1962 and the Sanitation Bylaw 1965, a sanitation fee of thirty two dollars ($32) per Water Closet pan to be levied on each pan connected to the Akaroa Urban Drainage Area, with the proviso that where a dwelling used solely for residential purposes has two or more pans, the charge for the second or additional pans shall be eleven dollars ($11). That a discount of 4 per cent be allowed pursuant to Section 70 of the Rating Act 1967 on the General and Consolidated Rates on all rates paid within one month after due date. That an additional charge of 10 per cent pursuant to Section 71 of the Rating Act 1967 shall be added to all outstanding rates (including the Sanitation Levy) remaining unpaid after February 15, 1983. That the minimum rate to be struck on any property be ten dollars ($10) ■ pursuant to Section 166 of the Local Government Amendment Act (No. 3) 1977. That all rates struck.are for the period April 1,1982 to March 31,1983 and shall become due and payable on August 14, 1982.
