Pupil-teacher ratio
Sir,—l wish to amend my letter (May 27). Because of a typing error on my part, the letter as printed suggests that the college is responsible for providing jobs for trainees. This is incorrect as they are as much victims of the Government’s lack of concern for education as trainees themselves are. The responsibility for providing jobs rests with the Department of. Education and ultimately, the Minister of Education himself.—Yours, etc.,
