Stewart to quit
PA Invercargill The long-serving All Black flanker. Ken Stewart, said yesterday that he was quitting rugby because of a back injury. , The 29-year-old Balfour farmer has had a distinguished playing career and
was one of the leading loose forwards produced during the last decade. He played 147 first class games, including 55 matches for New Zealand and 73 for Southland in a 10-year career. He injured his back in the latter part of last season.
