Lyndon Robert shines
Lyndon Robert established his superiority over the South Island two-year-olds when he came out on top in the Sires Produce Stakes Final. Lyndon Robert received a splendid run close to the pace and took control from Ashley Knight inside the last 200 m. Just when it looked Like he would win easily Ashley Knight came again on the inside but Lyndon Robert held him out by a short length. Lord Manhattan which pulled hard in the middle part, just battled into third place, well clear of Mighty Me, which did well after a slow start. Gliding Princess was right up fifth and earned $lOOO for being the first filly to finish. (T.A.3. code: CT) '■ Weather fine; track fast C. E.
