Store burgled twice
Burglars ■ entered the Century Supervalue store, in Edgeware Road, St Albans, twice this week and took cigarettes valued at $l2OO. Burglars last Sunday night squeezed through a gap in a heating unit to gain entry to the store, but took nothing. The store boarded up the hole and .tried to get a contractor early in the week to place iron bars in the gap. But the contractors were busy and could not come until yesterday. Burglars returned to the store on Thursday night, broke through the boards, and stole the cigarettes. Iron bars are now in place over the gap..
