It’s a glorious offering. Among the seven or eight large jardinieres is the finest Doulton Flambe one I have seen. Talking Doulton: there’s a huge entry, including a collection of teapots, a collection of biscuit barrels; lots of plates etc. and another 15in coaching scene punch bowl, believe it or not. Of special interest is a library of 100 or more antique books and a large pad of military badges and decorations. We will need to start at 10 a.m. — R.G.B.
