The Securities Commission has decided to examine tht affairs of the Canterbun Frozen Meat Corhpany, Ltd and the Primary Producer? Co-operative Society. In a statement issued' yesterday morning the commission said it had decided at a meeting on April 8 to obtair evidence regarding the affairs of these companies.
It would be obtained foi the purpose of the commission's review of the law and practice relating to company take-overs, the statement Said.
“The commission has sent draft terms of reference to both companies for their comment."
