Bastion Point
Sir,—Sandra Gray (April 16) quotes Mr Muldoon as an authority on the Bastion Point protesters. Authorities in disagreements must be Knowledgeable, unbiased, and unemotional,' Mr Muldoon is not. For comparison with Mr Muldoon’s statement, I enclose two copies of a leaflet produced for the protesters. Please would you print one and forward the other to Miss Gray
in the attached envelope. If people who care enough to recognise and fight injustice are professional protesters, Mr Muldoon is a professional rab-ble-rouser. and, respectfully, I suggest Miss Gray be more careful about the company she keeps and quotes. Protesters, finding themselves in company with the Socialist Unity Party, ask themselves whether they have more in common with Communists who care about people and rights than with National Party supporters whose dominant motive is selfish greed—Yours, etc., SUSAN TAYLOR.
