HORTICULTURAL AND FARM MANAGER (SOUTH CANTERBURY) AN EXPERIENCED PERSON is sought to take over the management of a 80 hectare farming operation, within which 20 hectares has been established with blackcurrants. The property is owned by two nonresidents, and is supervised by the undersigned, to whom the successful applicant would be initially responsible. The successful applicant will: 1. Have a good practical background in horticulture and preferably have a tertiary qualification in horticulture. 2. Be capable of making management and day- . to-day decisions on both the horticultural and farming operations of the property. 3. Be prepared to assist with planning and the extension of the horticultural areas as the owners require. At present the accommodation will be provided at a nearby country town.
