Public Notices IN THE MATTER OF THE SALE OF LIQUOR ACT 1962 PLEASE take notice that the Committee of ADDINGTON RUGBY LEAGUE FOOTBALL CLUB INC., a duly incorporated Society having Christchurch HAS MADE APPLICATION to the Secretary of the Licensing Control Commission of New Zealand for a review of its CLUB LICENCE in respect of its premises at 18 Foster Street, Christchurch, to authorise the sale and disposal of liquor for consumption on the premises at the following times: (a) As ancillary to the principal.activity of Rugby League Football during the period February 1 to October 31 on the following davs:— MONDAY to THURSDAY inclusive between the hours of 5.30 p.m. and 10 p.m. FRIDAY between the hours of 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. SATURDAYS and Statutory Holidays between the hours of ’ 4 p.m. SUNDAYS between the hours of 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and between the hours of 4 p.m. (b) As ancillary to the summer training activity during the period November 1 to January 31 on the following days: TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS between the hours of 6.30 p.m. and 9 p.m. The Club is active in the promotion of Rugby League Football in the Christchurch area. The objective of the Club is to foster the growth of the sport and to regulate the Club’s Rugby activities and those who take part for the better enjoyment of all participants. Throughout the week the Club holds activities such as Committee Meetings. Instruction Courses (Coaching and First Aid). Social Activities. Films. Lectures and the like. Any person who is entitled to object and wishes to object to the issue of a licence to the Applicant may. not later than 14 days after the first publication of this notice, file notice of his . objection' and the grounds thereof with the Secretary of the Commission.
