An application in respect of an Air Service Licence has been received as described in the Schedule hereunder. A Public Hearing of the Licensing Authority will be heard at 9 a.m. on Tuesday the 6th day of April, 1982. in the Conference Room, Vacation Hotel, Colombo Street, Christchurch, for the purpose of considering evidence in favour of or against the granting of the application. 2. Notice of objection to the application will be accepted by the Licensing Authority not later than 4 p.m. on Wednesday the 31st day of March, 1982, and a duplicate notice shall be sent to the applicant. The notice must state the general grounds for objection and must be accompanied by such documents, testimonials or other written evidence as the objector considers will assist the Licensing Authority in its consideration of the applications. STC CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL DOG SHELTER AND IMPOUNDING FEES 1982/83 IN ACCORDANCE with the Dogs Registration Act 1955 and Christchurch' City By-Law 104, Clause 5c and 9 the Christchurch City Council has prescribed the following Dog Shelter and Impounding Fees to be paid before any dog is released from the Shelter after having been impounded. DOG SHELTER AND IMPOUNDING FEE: $5O reducible to $2O if a subsequent claim is made and an investigation confirms that this is the first occasion that a dog owned by the person concerned has been impounded.
