An application in respect of an Air Service Licence has been received as described in the Schedule hereunder. Notice of objection to the application will be accepted by the Licensing Authority not later than 4 p.m. on Wednesday the 31st day of March, 1982, and a duplicate notice shall be sent to the applicant. The notice must state the general grounds for objection and must be accompanied by such documents, testimonials or other written evidence as the objector considers will assist the Licensing Authority in its consideration of the applications.
