The Jam to tour?

Polygram people have been heard to say that New Zealand appearances by The Jam are likely, in a few months. The band, still the original trio of Paul Weller (guitar, vocals), Bruce Foxton (bass), and Rick Buckler (drums) is generally acknowledged to have been the best in England for several years. They have dominated the “New Musical Express” readers’ poll since 1978. That is the biggest circulation pop paper in the world.
