Chch building takes shape
The skeletal structure of a lift shaft which is part of a seven-storey building being constructed at the corner of Gloucester Street and Colombo Street. The construction firm, Industrial Holdings, Ltd, expects the
building, owned by the Anglican Church, to be completed in November. The building will consist of offices, retail shops on the ground floor, and a basement car-park. The shops should be open in May or June next year.
