The successful applicants will be required to assist teaching staff in the conduct of the laboratory, glasshouse and field activities associated with student practical classes. One will be particularly concerned with glasshouse and field propagation of plant material and the other will be particularly concerned with the care and maintenance of laboratory equipment. Both persons will be involved in the preparation and lyaing out of laboratory practlcais. The appointees will also be required to assist in the technical research activities of the Department and academic staff. Appliants holding an Agricultural or Horticultural degree or diploma or with technician experience with plants or laboratory equipment would be most desirable, but is not essential.
