This will allow the council too administer by by-law all that area of foreshore, seabed, riverbed and waters extending 200 metres from the high water mark from the North side of the Ashley river mouth, thence Southward to Waikuku Beach and Wooden beach to a point 2.5 kilometres south of Wooodend Beach Rd and including the Ashley River and estuary and salt water creek up stream to the state highway bridges crossing each water way.
