Border clash

Thai troops clashed with Shan rebels at a village on the Burmese border yesterday killing three followers of the opium warlord, Chang Chee-fu, a Thai Army spokesman, has said. They said Thai Government rangers also destroyed two rebel barracks designed to house about 100 men loyal to Chang, also known as Khun Sa at Ban Mae Moh..
