Dog petition to resume
Members of the Anti-viv-isection Society will be in Cathedral Square today to collect more signatures for a petition against alleged cruelty to dogs in the Philippines. About 3000 people signed the petition in The Square last week.. “We have organ-
ised another day because of the overwhelming response, and because some people could not get to The Square last week,” said the co-ordi-nator, Miss Natalie Taylor. Members of the society would be in The Square near the Post Office from 8.15 a.m. to 6 p.m.
