Mr P. W. Knell, senior manager for the Bank of New Zealand’s Christchurch branch, who will transfer in March on promotion to district manager, Eastern District. This new position puts him in charge of branches of the Bank of New Zealand in Bay of Plenty. Rotorua, Taupo, Hawkes Bay, and Poverty Bay. Mr Knell will live in Rotorua. Mr Knell’s replacement will be Mr S. B. Yelverton, at present manager of the bank’s Rotorua branch.
