CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL GRANTING OF EXCLUSIVE USE AND TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF CHRISTCHURCH BYLAW NO. 66 FOR PORTION OF ESTUARY WATERS PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 43 and 48A of Christchurch City Bylaw No. 66 that the New Brighton Power Boat Club has been granted the exclusive use of the waters Of the Estuary for the purpose of conducting club days in the Vicinity of the South Brighton jetty and extending to the line of orange marker buoys to the west of the power boat course on the following days. It is hereby further declared that within that area the provisions of Section 11A of Bylaw No. 66 (relating to speed restrictions) shall not apply on those days.
