Western Valley Road from the junction of Western Valley and State Highway 75 to the Junction of Church Road and Western Valley. During the period of closure the following provision will be made for ordinary vehicular traffic which would otherwise use the road. Residents situated within the road closure area and authorised persons requiring emergency access will be allowed by Marshalls. PERIOD OF CLOSURE: From 7.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. January 23, 1982.

Alternative provision for ordinary vehicular traffic: Normal vehicular traffic will use State Highway 75. It will be an offence under the above regulations for any person otherwise than under authority for an authorised permit to use the road lor ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closure.
