PA Wellington The National Youth Council has released aij unemployment kitset’ to help unemployed young people and to promote discussion on the problem. . -■ Through cartoons and. pictures, the kitset seeks to explain the economic and structural reasons for unemployment, its effects, and to advise how to register* with the Labour and Social Welfare departments.
