Mission to S. America
PA Wellington A New Zealand trade mission headed by the chairman of the Owens group of companies and new chairman of Air New Zealand, Mr R. A. Owens, will travel through Chile, Brazil, and Argentina in. March next year. Mr Owens said that representatives of 25 commercial organisations had confirmed their part in the mission. They would include representatives of the banking, marketing, food processing, manufacturing, and consulting industries.
The mission would make up an “impressive expedition,” Mr Owens said.
