Kevin Blair Contractors,,, Ltd, was the successful tenderer for a Christchurch Drainage Board contract for the Winters Road and Philpotts Road ponding basin. The Company’s tender was $143,612. It was incorrectly reported yesterday that the successful tender was made by K. B. Stockman, Ltd. K. B. Stockman, Ltd, did not tender for this job, but was the successful tenderer for a contract to lay field tile pipes in Dunnon Place and Storey Place.
