PUBLIC NOTICE is given that pursuant to a certificate issued under Section 157 of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 by the Licensing Control Commission, the Canterbury Licensing Committee is authorised to receive and consider applications for Wine Resellers’ Licences in Aranui. Christchurch, and Diamond Harbour. The localities or area within which the licences are proposed to be granted are: (1) ARANUI. To be located in the suburb of Aranui, within a 200 metre radius of the junction of Pages Road and Breezes Road. (2) DIAMOND HARBOUR. To be located within the Diamond Harbour area, defined as including that portion which is a part of Lyttelton Borough together with that part of Mount Herbert County lying to the West of the first-mentioned area and defined by extending a line from the most southerly point on Church Bay to the south west extremity of the portion of the area included in the Borough of Lyttelton. APPLICATIONS for tne Licences are invited and such applications are to be made to the clerk of the Canterbury Licensing Committee. District Court. Application must be In the form set out in the Sale of Liquor Regulations 1963 and be accompanied by the documents and information required by Section 157 A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962.
