The British. Government has announced that it will spend SNZ62S million next year on Britain's inner cities, scene of severe rioting last July. The Environment Secretary (Mr Michael Heseltine) told Parliament the Government's urban programme next year would be SNZI2B million more than this year. but. the Labour Opposition said that was still only “crumbs.”—London.
